  • How do I track my order?

    If you are a registered customer, you can access your order history by logging into your account using the credentials you used to create your account. You will find the "My Account" link located at the top of each page. Once you have accessed your account, you can click on the "Track Order" link for order status. If you are not a registered user, you can contact Customer Service at 855-655-8980 by submitting an email via the Contact Us section on our site here. Customer Service hours are 8am to 5pm (PST/PDT) Monday through Friday.

  • I’ve forgotten my password

    Please go to My Account and click on reset your password. You will receive an email that will allow you to reset your password.

  • Which size should I choose?

    Please see our size guide for general information on sizing.

  • What payment methods does Kendall + Kylie accept?

    We are currently accepting orders using:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Aterpay, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

    Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. 

  • How does Free Shipping Work?

    Free Shipping on all Orders of $150 or more, only valid on standard Contiguous U.S. Shipping.  Eligible customers must select the free shipping option at checkout in order to receive free shipping.  If another shipping option is chosen, additional charges will apply.

  • International Shipping Details

    Once your order is placed, we work our hardest to ship your order out as soon as possible.  Processing time can take up to 3-4 business days, not including weekends or U.S. holidays. 

    *Note that there could be a delay in processing your order if we encounter any issues with the billing information provided.

    Delivery Time
    Once your order ships, you can expect your items to arrive between 10-14 business days.  However, these dates are estimates and may vary by country and postal code.

    Shipping Costs, Duties and Taxes
    Shipping cost will vary by country.  Unfortunately, we do not offer flat rate shipping for international orders at this time. 

    There may be additional duties, taxes, and/or VAT costs applied by customs.  These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping costs and will not be paid for or reimbursed.  Any refused orders will not be refunded.

  • Do you ship to Po Boxes or APO/FPOs?

    Regrettably, we don't ship to Po Boxes or APO / FPO's at this time. 

  • When will my product be shipped?

    Our distribution center is taking extensive precautions to keep employees and customers safe, and shipment times may be delayed up to 10 business days at a time.  Orders are shipping Monday to Friday.  orders placed before 11:00am PST will generally be shipped out on the same day.  Orders placed after 11:00 am PST will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception on orders placed on a Friday.  Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next Business day (if Monday is a holiday).  You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.  We do not offer weekend shipping.  Shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location.  International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order.
